All packages are dropped off to the Post Office (USPS) on Monday mornings, unless it is an Holiday. If it is an holiday packages will be dropped off on Tuesday mornings. Most packages arrive within 4-7 business days (domestic) or 7-10 business days (international). BUT, due to COVID-19 there have been shipping delays.
Refunds and Returns:
If you want a FULL refund you must notify us within 24 hours of ordering. If you do not notify us within 24 hours but, is less than 48 hours you will be given store credit. Anytime after 48 hours refunds will not be given. If an item is damaged during transit please contact us immediately with visual proof and we will replace the item as long as you cover shipping. We are not responsible for any lost packages. Before ordering please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If it is not and your order has been sent out, you will be charged for shipping and handling fees.
